I began with classic lenses on mirrorless cameras, and then using them on film cameras. I have come to love the entire process, developing both color and black and white film at home.
Participating in this project has been a great way to keep shooting – thinking about what the next subject might be, even when inspiration is low. I have come to know some great people in this group.
For the first quarter of this project I’ve decided to use a Fujica ST605 with one of the first classic lenses I purchased, the Helios 44m. The camera and lens were each purchased for $25. I’m relishing using Ilford HP5 as the film we will use for this quarter.
