There is a lot of waiting happening… tests, surgeons consulting, scheduling etc.
I’ve been here almost a week now, and no surgery date yet. Dads doing ok, he’s stable.
In between waiting I walk the halls and shoot. Its a great stress release. I really struggle to see in monochrome, so these shot require extra effort… plus I am totally out of my comfort zone. I never shoot this kind of stuff!
I’m not even sure if its any good… I mean both things are different for me… shooting in a crowded public area and B&W… but the challenge is good. I have to really think about the shots, plus I feel awkward. I ended up shooting some of these with my iPhone to help visualize how things were going to look, which was very helpful.
